Account & Data Deletion Request
At Pro Options Platform, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
If you’d like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from either the mobile app or the web app.
How to Delete Your Account:
- From the Mobile App:
- Open the Pro Options Platform mobile app
- Go to Settings > Delete My Account
- Confirm your deletion request
- From the Web App:
- Sign in at prooptionsplatform.com
- Navigate to Settings > Delete My Account
- Confirm your deletion request
Once confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What Will Be Deleted:
- Your user profile and authentication information
- Connected investment accounts
- All account holdings and positions
- Transaction history
- Institution and brokerage connections
- Any connected Plaid items or API tokens
- Stored secrets or credentials related to your account
Data Retention
No part of your user data is retained after deletion. The deletion is executed immediately and is irreversible.
