Trading options and equities involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. By using the Platform, you agree that:

• Scanner results
• Analytics
• Account balances or holdings

• AI-generated insights (such as Rolli)

Data delays, outages, or inaccuracies may occur. You agree not to hold us liable for any errors or missing data.

4. AI-Generated Content & Automated Insights

Some Platform features include AI-generated or automated insights (including the "Rolli" roll assistant). You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent
• AI insights are not tailored to your financial situation
• AI output is not financial advice
• You must independently verify all information before acting on it

5. No Liability for Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Options Platform and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Lost profits
• Trading losses
• Missed opportunities
• Errors in data or analytics
• Decisions made using the Platform
• Any damages resulting from reliance on the Platform's information

You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and release us from any claims related to investment outcomes.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Brokerage Connections

The Platform integrates with third-party services such as brokerage APIs, financial data providers, authentication platforms, and cloud storage systems. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages or errors
• Incorrect or delayed account data
• Connection failures
• API changes
• Security incidents originating from third-party systems

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

Subscription payments are non-refundable and all sales are final (to the maximum extent permitted by law). Please review our Refund Policy for details.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these disclaimers and limitations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

11. Affiliate & Referral Program

Pro Options Platform may offer an affiliate and referral program ("Affiliate Program") that allows eligible users to earn referral rewards by sharing a unique referral or promotional code generated by the Platform.

11.1 Program Overview

When a user subscribes to the Platform, a unique personal referral code is automatically generated and made available within the Affiliate Dashboard under the user's account. Users may share this code with their community, audience, or social channels.

Subject to these Terms, eligible referrals may receive promotional discounts, and referrers may receive monetary rewards as described within the Platform.

11.2 Referral Rewards & Discounts

• Referrers may receive a cash reward (currently $10 USD) for each eligible referred user.
• Referred users may receive a promotional discount (currently 30% off for three (3) months).
• Referral rewards are only earned if the referred user completes the free trial period, converts to a paid subscription, and is successfully charged.

Reward amounts, discount percentages, eligibility criteria, and promotional terms are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

11.3 Eligibility & Valid Referrals

A referral is considered valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred user is a new customer who has not previously created an account.
• The referred user completes the free trial and remains subscribed beyond the trial period.
• The subscription payment is successfully processed and not refunded, disputed, or charged back.
• The referral was not generated through fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive means.

11.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, suspension, or termination from the Affiliate Program:

• Self-referrals or attempts to circumvent the free trial
• Creating multiple accounts to generate referrals
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated signups
• Misrepresenting Pro Options Platform, its pricing, or its services
• Spamming, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices
• Using paid advertising, bidding on branded keywords, or impersonating Pro Options Platform without written permission

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether referral activity is legitimate.

11.5 Payouts & Payment Method

Affiliate rewards are paid via PayPal only. To receive payouts, users must provide a valid PayPal email address within the Platform.

• Payouts are issued approximately once per month
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• We are not responsible for PayPal delays, fees, account limitations, or payment failures

Rewards are not considered earned until successfully paid. Unpaid rewards do not constitute a debt or obligation.

11.6 Taxes & Reporting

Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or fees associated with rewards received. We do not provide tax advice and may require additional information if legally required.

11.7 Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, including reward structures and eligibility requirements, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11.8 No Employment or Partnership

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Pro Options Platform.
